How do you create my AI Agent? 

1. First you tell us if you want your agent to handle incoming calls or make outbound calls. Do you want female or male voice? What type of personality? You choose the voice? Then we create the agent.

On top of the sophisticated training that goes into our Agents, we layer them with as much information about your business as possible.  This includes learning everything about your product inventory and services - anything you’d use to train your new staff with, we use to train your new Agent with.

We also analyze your website by crawling through it in the same way a search engine might. We can then extract any information that can help train your new Agent or surface anything we need more clarity on. 

We can then collate a set of FAQs to make sure we’ve got everything answered. By the time we’ve got your new Agent ready to go live, it will know your business better than you do!

2. The agent is ready when the potential new customer reaches out to your business - this can be via email,  web form, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger.

3. The Agent analyses the message and responds within seconds, using its programming and training to qualify the lead whilst answering their questions.

4. Depending on the outcome of the conversation, the Agent will either schedule the lead for you or your team to close or politely end the conversation if the lead is not interested or not a good fit. If you want the agent can add them to a nurture email series to keep them warm for a later promotion.

How long does it take to create my new AI Agent? 

It takes approximately two to four weeks to get a new Agent up and running, depending upon the complexity of what that agent will be doing for you. Most of this time is spent learning everything we need to know about your business and the integration with the calendar, and CRM. All technical set up is included.

How do I check if my Agent is ready to talk to my leads? 

Once we’ve trained your agent on all your data, you can talk to the Agent. We encourage all our clients to do anything in their power to break, trick or confuse the Agent (no one's managed it yet!)

Nothing goes live until you’re completely confident.  Obviously, technology could have a glitch or could make an error. But be assured the amount of errors will be far fewer than a human new employee  would make. And are easily fixed. 

How do I know if my Lead Generation and Social Media Package is working for me?

You will receive monthly reports on the number of leads produced via the ad and the number of calls completed by your agent and the number of appointments booked. 

What we ask for in return from our clients is the number of closed sales from the booked calls and the revenue generated from those sales.  This allows us to gather valuable  information that we can share (without your identity) with other business owners.
